Grahame Hughes is both Eostre's production and procurement manager, overseeing the buying and distribution of produce, and a producer member. Grahame has been growing organically for over twenty years and has lectured on organic production at Otley College. He has worked from Walnut Tree Farm, where he has three quarters of an acre under glass, for the last ten years.

In the glasshouse he concentrates on leaf crops, with a superb variety of chard, herbs, spinach and salad crops - especially his favourite, radicchio but also produces tomatoes and beans.

All Grahame's produce is sold through Eostre.
